Our Certified Fitness Professionals sit down with every single member to go over their goals, health history, and clearly lay out our program. Our program is separated into 3 different phases. Depending on what you want to accomplish and where you are in your fitness/health journey will determine which phase you start. Our goal as your personal trainer is to educate you to the point where you don't need a personal trainer anymore.

It's time to #GetTwisted! Twisted-Cycle is a combination of an intense 20 minute indoor cycling class, and two 15 minute circuits using a combination of:
