What Sets Us Apart from Other Trainers?

Why are Dream Body trainers different than your "Big Box" trainers? The answer is simple, Our Philosophy. Not only are Dream Body trainers highly qualified trainers, they also ALL have the same goal in mind... to get our clients to they point where they don't need a trainer. I know, that may sound crazy, but let me break it down for you. 

We have a 3 phase process for all our clients. Now the amount of time each client spends in each phase will vary depending on their fitness level. 

Phase 1 (Acclimation Phase): This is the initial phase. This is where the Dream Body Trainer works with their clients on basic exercises/form/nutrition. We also start building muscular/cardiovascular stamina. Once the basic building blocks are set, we move to phase 2. 

Phase 2 (Toning/Building Phase): Depending on what the client wants to accomplish,  the Dream Body Trainer will adjust their training/nutrition program. In this phase we start working on more complicated movements, start working on more detailed nutrition and really hone in on program. Once the client has adapted to the more advanced exercises and nutrition, we move to phase 3. 

Phase 3 (Maintenance/Lifestyle Phase): This is the final phase. Our goal is to educate our clients to the point where they don't need us anymore. In this phase we make sure that the client knows what to eat, how to eat, what to lift and how to lift it. We care more about 5 years from now than 5 months. If the client is able to gain and retain the knowledge we as a trainer have, it'll set that client up for a lifetime of health success.
