This program is designed for Senior Citizens that are wanting to increase their quality of life through exercise.

As you get older, your goals and what you desire out of a fitness program may change. Dream Body specializes in Senior Citizen Functional Training. In our Senior Citizen Functional Training programs we focus on increasing bone density, balance, core strength, strength and cardiovascular endurance

  • Bone Density: To increase bone density, you must apply 10% of the amount of weight that would fracture that bone, to that bone/area. You must first strengthen your muscles/tendons/ligaments before your bones can support that amount of weight. Our extremely detailed Senior Citizen Functional Training program is carefully developed and customized to each individual client. 
  • Balance: As you get older, a growing fear is always falling. One of the main causes of falling/lack of balance is an undeveloped core or weak ankles/knees/underdeveloped glute muscles. Dream Body has developed a program using various pieces of equipment and a progressive combination of exercises to increase your balance as quickly as possible.   
  • Core Strength: Have you ever had low back pain? Typically this is due to a weak core.Crunches and planks won't do the trick.  Our program will focus on the key muscles and exercises to strengthen and stabilize your core
  • Strength: Most trainers lack the proper knowledge to properly develop a program to correctly strengthen the muscles for a senior citizen. You're not wanting to become a power lifter or break a world record (if you do, then you don't need senior citizen training, you need our Strength Training Program).  Our strength training, program specifically designed for Senior Citizens, is a very detailed program developed and catered to each individual. 
  • Cardiovascular Endurance: This part of our training is tailored to strengthening the heart. We carefully monitor and customize a workout designed to strengthen your heart. As we increase your cardiovascular endurance you'll notice your quality of life increase.
