Who doesn't want to be stronger? Whether you're like Eric, or you're like Rise, building muscle is essential to leading a productive life. Our Strength Training Program is similar to our Weight Loss Program. Our goal is to get you to the point where you don't need a trainer anymore. Depending on where you are in your fitness journey, Dream Body customizes a Strength Training Program for you. 

  • Phase 1: It is crucial to develop a solid foundation. In the Phase 1 you will learn the fundamental exercises, the building blocks of nutrition and program structure. 
  • Phase 2: Once the foundation is set, we will begin to build on that foundation. We will introduce Phase 2 exercises, get a little more detailed on nutrition and continue to focus on proper program structure. 
  • Phase 3: This is the final and most important phase. In Phase 3 you will learn Phase 3 exercises, be able to structure your own nutrition program and exercise program, and be able to comfortably go on your own.
