We want to give you the tools you need to accomplish your goals and equip you with the knowledge and skills to do it independently. This is why we developed our THREE-PHASE TRAINING PROCESS. The first phase is dedicated to goal setting, nutrition, exercise/movement acclimation, and form. The second phase is dedicated to increasing exercise/movement complexity, fine-tuning nutrition, and habit forming. The third and final phase is dedicated to education and lifestyle. DreamBody was founded by brothers Seth and Jason Carver, both Master Personal Trainers, registered nutritional counselors, decades of combined experience, have worked with over one thousand client, ranging from 12 years old, to 87 years old. We do not use fancy equipment or industry “tricks” to give our clients results. We use tried and true methods with relentless attention on form and correct range of motion. We focus on FITNESS, NUTRITION, and ACCOUNTABILITY.

DreamBody knows you're different, so we approach every client differently. You're unique, your goals are unique, and your situation is unique. DreamBody's trainers take time to get to know you and your unique situation. For this reason, we give everyone 3 FREE SESSIONS. The first session is for us to get to know YOU. We want to know your goals, health history, injuries (if applicable), what workout programs you have done in the past (if applicable), as well as take you through a fitness assessment. This assessment is designed to give us insight to your: Range of motion, strength, muscular stamina, cardiovascular stamina, flexibility, and much more. Based on this information, we will then customize the next two workouts tailored to your goals and current fitness level.
